- Prototyping: Unlike many other companies, we expedite the prototyping phase by leveraging our established relationships with factories, enabling us to initiate projects promptly. With our on-site engineers, who bring a wealth of experience in this area, we minimize errors, ensuring a smoother development process. Utilizing video and photo updates, we keep our clients informed of progress, facilitating quicker decision-making and potential modifications.
- Production: We have priority in all our factories for production. We start sooner, and get the resources required to finish production faster. We also can work with smaller quantities. Faster prototyping, faster production and reasonable MOQ’s opens up more opportunities for you.
- Quality Control: Our underlying philosophy is to be onsite from start to finish. We check the raw materials, check the first cut dimensions, check the first welds, and check the first paint. Most export companies are not on site for any of these stages. At every point along the production path we try to catch issues early so that they are corrected quickly and inexpensively. We never want a customer having to make a decision on loading day of whether to accept a shipment that’s ALMOST correct or reject the shipment and wait another 4 weeks for a redo. Of course, we do final inspections as well but by this time there should be no surprises.
- Color Consistency: Recognizing the significance of color, we are unrelenting and work persistently to achieve accurate color matching before the painting stage begins. Our commitment to maintaining color integrity extends through all finishes from EPC, plastics, wood painting, and the actual colour and grains of wood veneers.
- Container Loading Efficiency: We begin planning container loading immediately upon order receipt. Our approach involves optimizing pallet sizes and product packaging to maximize container space, ultimately saving costs for our clients. Whether handling delivery to destination ourselves or coordinating with a customer's freight forwarder from Shanghai, our office staff excels in efficient container loading strategies.
